Jeremiah Collection

All Makers

Jeremiah Nielson is the woodworker behind the sought after mid-century modern classics in the Jeremiah Collection. Originally from St George, Utah where he started building southwestern pine furniture at age 17, Jeremiah now has over 21 years of experience manufacturing furniture.

From his workshop in SoMa, San Francisco, Jeremiah hand-makes furniture from locally sourced solid walnut, white oak and reclaimed wood. He selects the wood for its interesting graining and color variance and aims to showcase its natural beauty by doing without stains or paint. His pieces celebrate nature’s imperfections instead of filling or cutting around them. For the designs, Jeremiah was drawn to mid-century modern vintages and their functional yet minimalist aesthetic. Thus, with small and irregular San Francisco apartment spaces in mind, Jeremiah crafts unique and purposeful furniture. The result is a handsome balance of nature and modernity, pleasing minimalists and environmentalists alike.

Everything is made to order and completely handcrafted by the artisan in San Francisco. He uses traditional and modern joinery to build these timeless pieces out of solid wood.

We are thrilled to offer Jeremiah’s one-of-a-kind furniture to our customers.
