Returns & Cancellations

At Homespun Design, our primary goal is to ensure you love the furniture you buy from us as much as we do. We take great pride in the skill and craftsmanship of our furniture makers.

Upon receipt of your furniture, please inspect all items carefully and notify us of any damage. We will arrange for a replacement product to be made as quickly as possible. If, within 30 days of receiving your furniture, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value, less the return shipping cost. Please call our customer service team so that we can arrange pick-up of your item(s) and process a credit to your payment method. Returned items must be in new condition.

Our furniture is made-to-order for our customers. As such, an item cannot be cancelled once it has entered production or while it is in-transit to your home.
